Who We Are
I’m Emanuel, 31, from Italy. Son is 30, from Vietnam. We live in Sweden and grew up in families where food was everything: Sunday pasta, street noodles, night-market snacks and long dinners with too much talking.
On Freak in Food, we mix our traditions and our new Scandinavian life: simple recipes, comfort food, drinks for slow evenings and honest reviews of places we try.
